He joined the firm in 2015. Hugo has the bonus of having a multi-disciplinary background: legal (Bachelor of Law) and financial (Master of Management - Paris Dauphine University), as well as property (Post-Graduate Diploma in the Property Business - Pantheon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1). 

After working for La Poste, the Société Générale and a subsidiary of Aviva France, Bastien joined us in 2008. He obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in the Property Business from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1).

After three years of studying at the Bordeaux National Institute of Architecture and Landscape, Anthony obtained a Master’s Degree in Valuing and Appraising from the Institute of Economics and Law applied to Construction and Housing (ICH), and joined us in 2010.

After three years of studying at the Paris Higher Institute of Management, Jeanne obtained a Master’s Degree in Marketing, followed by a Post-Graduate Diploma in the Propert Business from the Sorbonne. She joined us in 2010.

After obtaining a Master of Finance from La Sorbonne and a French Post-Graduate Degree CAAE (Certificate of fitness to the administration of enterprises) from the Aix en Provence Business School, Flora spent ten years working in the high-end market. In 2011, she obtained a Master’s Degree specialised in Construction and Property Law from the Assas University (Paris II). She joined us in 2012.

A specialist in commercial real estate for 18 years, Virginie joined our firm at the end of 2019. She first worked for an institutional landlord, as regional legal manager, actively participating in asset management (leases, renewals, disposals), acquisition and expansion projects, and then bringing all her legal and negotiating expertise to a major distribution and franchise group, operating more than 900 stores in France and Luxembourg. With a legal background (DESS in procedures and litigation), her extensive experience makes her an expert in real estate valuation, leasing law and goodwill. She is also pursuing certification to become an accredited mediator at the CMAP in 2020.

Romain graduated with a Master's degree in Land Estimation from the Ecole Supérieure de l'Immobilier (ESI, a school dependent on FNAIM and the University of Perpignan Via Domitia) and joined the Colomer Expertises team in November 2017, after a first experience in alternating rental management within the Foncia network.

After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Diponegoro University (Indonesia - Semarang), a Master's degree in Construction Law from Paris XII University - Créteil, Dian joined a major insurance company in 2017 as a property and casualty claims manager and then joined the firm in February 2019.

After studying at University in Italy, Serena went on to adopt a variety of roles within companies specialised in marketing and property valuation, and within the English office of the Board of Property Experts, the Retail Consulting Group (formerly Matthews & Goodman then partners of CB Richard Ellis). Her speciality is increasing the value of leasehold rights and business assets for retailers in the form of portfolio, in mainland France. 

Graduated from a Master 2 in real estate law (University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis, ESI) and a specialized Master (DESUP Commercial Real Estate - University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne), Axel joined the firm in October 2019, after two years of experience for the real estate sectors of Renault and BPCE.

Marie-Clémentine holds a Master's degree in Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and joined the firm in October 2020.

Richard is an agricultural land expert approved by the Conseil National de l'Expertise Foncière Agricole et Forestière. He holds a Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat and a Master 2 from IHEDREA in land development. He worked for several years in the notary's office before turning to land appraisal.
